Kennaa Tech PLC is a software development company based at Anfo 105 Adebabay · Girshe Tulu Bldg, 4th Floor, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This policy covers the website at kennaa.tech.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Project and quote enquiries: your name, phone number, email address, the service you selected, and your message.
• Talent applications: your name, contact details, links you choose to share (GitHub, LinkedIn, portfolio, CV), your stated experience, availability, and expected rate.

We do not use tracking cookies, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not build behavioural profiles. If website analytics are enabled, they are configured to measure aggregate page traffic only.

How we use it

Solely to respond to you: to prepare a quote, answer a question, or assess a talent application. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it goes

Submissions are delivered to our internal team inbox and messaging channels, and stored in a private business spreadsheet. These are operated by established service providers (such as Google and Telegram) under their own security terms. Access is limited to Kennaa Tech staff who need it to reply to you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months so we can maintain continuity on ongoing and repeat projects. Talent applications are retained for up to 24 months so we can contact you when a matching project comes up. You can ask us to delete your record sooner.

Your choices

Write to us at kennaatechplc@gmail.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials through the contact forms.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
